ABOUT US
OLIVIA KUNKLER, ESQ. is a a licensed U.S. attorney, a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice in federal court for the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition, Ms. Kunkler is qualified to practice before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and is licensed to file and prosecute trademark applications submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Ms. Kunkler graduated from the George Mason University School of Law,in Arlington, Virginia, where she specialized in International Business Law and Trademark Law. She has nearly a decade of civil legal experience and, in addition to her work for Kunkler Consulting, acts as "Of Counsel" for Cornerstone Venture Law located in Annandale, Virginia.
In her spare time, Ms. Kunkler is a published author for the American BarAssociation's annual supplement to its treatise on Trademark Remedies. Ms. Kunkler also acts as an adjunct law professor at Ludwig Maximilians Universitat (LMU), instructing law students on legal research, writing and analysis, Anglo-American Law and U.S. National Security Law. She also formerly taught in the legal program at the University of Augsburg.
